We are looking for an Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in outbound sales. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients to build them into long-term profitable relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and leveraging existing client relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and articulate their value propositions to prospects.
- Expand the profile and reach of the company and its brands.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience in FinTech.
- Proven track record as an Account Executive, preferably in FinTech, Payments or Cryptocurrency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and handle objections.
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a start-up environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Enthusiastic and committed personality.
